Frequently asked questions
How does CoopGames pick a game?
You send your group a link, and each person marks where they play and what kind of games they like. The app hides every game that someone couldn't play with the rest because of their platform or the size of the group, and you vote on what's left.
How does the poll work?
Create a poll and send the link to your group. Everyone answers in under 30 seconds, you vote on the games you can all play, and each person joins a session at a time that works for them.
Can the app pick the game for us?
Your group votes on the games you can all play. If two end up tied, each person's favorite breaks the tie, and if it's still even after a tiebreak round the app draws the winner.
Is it free?
Yes, and nobody has to sign up or install an app.
Is the poll anonymous?
Yes. Each person answers under an alias the app picks for them, without an account or a name.
How many games are in the catalog?
338 multiplayer games for PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Switch. For each one we checked crossplay by platform and how many people can play online or on one screen.
Does it check crossplay?
Yes. If some of you are on PS5 and others on PC, you only see games with crossplay between them.
