Split the cleaning, painting and wall-knocking to get a house ready to sell.

Co-op comes from a free DLC on Steam that you add to your library. Up to four renovate a house together in both Story and Sandbox, with crossplay between PC, PlayStation and Xbox. In Story you take missions at a relaxed pace, and the big mansions are the longer challenge. Sandbox lets you build and decorate from scratch. The DLC adds four properties made for co-op and also works with the house designs players share on mod.io. On PlayStation you need PS Plus to play online.
