Two monarchs on horseback split the coins: one builds walls, the other explores.

Two monarchs ride across a 2D island collecting coins and spending them to build up a kingdom and defend it, in a game Steam describes as micro-strategy and tower defense. You can throw coins to each other, and if one of you loses the crown you can no longer build but still collect coins for the other, so the run only ends when both have lost it. The screen splits on one device, and online it takes two players on Steam, PlayStation and Xbox, with PlayStation Plus or an Xbox Game Pass plan on console. Online games only work between players on the same platform, and Switch has no online co-op.
