What is Chained Beasts like?
Up to four gladiators chained to each other fight in arenas, and each has to move with the others or end up tangled around a pillar.
Each run is a series of arena fights with swords and other melee weapons, and the players are linked by chains, so any move drags the rest along. Moving together lets you trip enemies; moving apart leaves the group stuck. Between fights there are bosses, injuries that change how each character plays, and gear to buy, and new characters unlock over time. You can play online, on a shared screen, or through Steam Remote Play Together.
Will your group like it?
Groups of two to four who want melee combat and don't mind losing several times in the same arena.
Anyone after something calm or who would rather not see blood, since hits leave stains in the arena. On PC, shared-screen play needs at least one gamepad.
