What is Contra Anniversary Collection like?
Two commandos advance side by side shooting waves of aliens, and if one falls the other keeps going.
The collection gathers ten Contra and Probotector games from arcade, NES, Super Nintendo, Genesis and Game Boy. In all of them except Operation C, which is single player, two of you play commandos who run and shoot side by side through waves of aliens and soldiers until the boss at the end of each stage. Lives run out fast, and when one player falls the other can keep going. Play is local only, with two controllers on one screen.
Will your group like it?
Pairs on the same couch who like hard arcade shooters and are fine with dying and retrying a stage.
