What is Back 4 Blood like?

Four Cleaners fight through a campaign split into acts against mutated infected, building a card deck for each run.

Four of you play Cleaners who fight through a campaign split into acts against the Ridden, mutated infected people, in first person, and each run uses a deck of cards that you build in a rogue-lite system. It comes from the makers of Left 4 Dead and has a PvP mode in which you play as Cleaners or as Ridden. Crossplay joins PC, Xbox and PlayStation and is on by default. Turtle Rock stopped adding content in February 2023 and the game stays online, with about 670 players at a time on Steam in September 2026.
