What is Dying Light 2 like?

You cross the city of Villedor by parkour, paraglider and grappling hook, fighting infected and bandits and deciding which faction controls each district. At night the infected fill the streets and leave the buildings emptier.

The host loads their story save and up to three friends drop in. Guests keep the experience, weapons and money they earn, but story progress only counts for the host, so the group usually follows one person's campaign. Durability carries over too, and a weapon that breaks in a friend's game stays broken in yours. Tower Raid is a separate co-op mode where the squad picks from four classes and climbs a skyscraper floor by floor, unlocking skills and gear with each failed run.
