Up to four of you play Division agents who clear missions and strongholds against armed factions in a ruined Washington, D.C., picking up weapons and gear that you use on harder activities. The Warlords of New York expansion moves the campaign to New York, and Echoes of Central Park, due on 3 November 2026, adds a replayable endgame in which you start as prey and later hunt the enemies. There is also PvP, which you can ignore. Ubisoft announced crossplay between PC and consoles for November 2026 and until it is live each platform only plays with its own, so check that before putting a mixed group together.
